Our story
Raised in the shadow of the Tetons
A small, family-run cattery focused on healthy, affectionate Ragdolls — one or two litters a year, raised with intention.
How it started
Teton Ragdolls began with one very floppy cat and a lot of questions about how to breed responsibly. Today we raise kittens in our home near Jackson Hole, where they grow up around everyday life — not in cages or outbuildings.
We are TICA members and follow breed standards closely, but temperament always comes first. A beautiful cat that is anxious or aloof is not the companion we want to send into the world.
How kittens are raised
- Daily handling from birth in our main living spaces
- Exposure to visitors, vacuums, music, and gentle dogs
- Scratching posts, carriers, and litter boxes introduced early
- Weaned onto high-quality food with veterinary guidance
- Individual attention so we know each kitten's personality
